some food for your thoughts

i'm still find it funny of how a discussion about virginity have brought about some arm waving conversations. haha.

during charisma lesson, cat asked me about my views about how and when a woman should confess her lost of virginity to her boyfriend had she had previous intercourse experiences. haha. i find this quite dumbfounding.

so with a brief thought and consideration, i commented that it should be a.s.a.p. why? because its 'unfair' to keep the man in the dark. before that guy dream(or rather hope) too much, its good to tell the truth. so how soon? i guess within a few days. why? its a mixture of responsibility of the female(subjective, extremely) and practicality.

thoo yunting and cat both agreed that the delay of revealing it is better. their reason is that the male could/would not mind the lost of virginity due to the already-steady relationship. this may be true. unfortunately, the word is 'may'. what if the male was brought up by some traditional teaching that only date 'xiao-long-nvs' and he was conformed by it? what would happen to him if he assumed the girl to be 'pure'. again the word is 'may'.

junjie pointed out later after i returned to my seat that its extremely hard for the female to disclose to the male her state of virginity to the male from the start. its probably easy for the male to ask, its not for the female to answer,either.

it really depends on the two individual's commitment towards each other and the special relationship they share. and if the situation differ, best solution must(or quite oftenly) differ. it also depends on both individual's beliefs and expectations of each other.

each relationship is special. the way of solving it would be special too, if arised.
