zz. my muscles are seriously aching the whole of today. especially after A maths test when i stayed relatively still for 50 mins. and the moment i tried to get active again, the muscles ache much more. zz. but its ok. really consoled by the fact that pain is evident enough for muscle growth. haha.

was so tired that i slept for the straight 4.5 hours when i came home at 2pm. i just woke up and had dinner.
